What Questions Does This Report Answer?
The Inventory Forecasting Report will provide you with insight into your upcoming scheduled shipments, the items and quantities associated with those shipments, and the likelihood that these will convert into successful shipments.
The Inventory Forecasting looks at 30 day rolling metrics around existing customer behavior and performance to determine the likelihood of conversion. This uses a variety of customer characteristics in within the calculations.
Scheduled prepaid shipments are included on this report.
Key Metrics
- How much product do I need to have at the warehouse to support by existing subscribers and shipments (Real-Time Forecasted Items)
- How many shipments have a successful charge vs how many are still queued up to charge?
Dont be misled
- Forecasting reports are inclusive of data AFTER the initial sale.
- Forecasting reports do not include future initials, that have not yet happened
- Initials that have happened are counted separately (New Queued Items)
What is the Date Operator Used?
Date Operator:Scheduled Shipment Date
The date in which a shipment is created for a single Item. This date could be in the past or future. For future shipments, all prepaid subscriptions will be reflected. For renewing subscriptions, only the upcoming renewal cycle will be reflected.
