Managing Partial Data

Within Sublytics there are many system processes and external connections that will allow you to manage partial data. 

One key component to managing partial data is setting an Abandon Delay on the Campaign. This is what is used to trigger any event relating to a Partial or Abandoned order. 

An Abandon Delay is set in minutes, once partial order has reached the set minutes and does not have a completed transaction, it is considered a partial and all events tied to Partials will run

How to Add an Abandon Delay

1. In the Home Menu hover over Store Setup  
2. Click Campaign then select the Campaign to edit
3. On the Campaign Detail tab scroll down to Other (optional)
4. Add Abandon Delay
