The 6 cycle Retention Report will give granular data metrics spanning 6 renewal cycles.
This report is used to review retention performance on a micro level. Metrics included per each renewal cycle:
- Pending
- Skip
- Cancel
- Dunning (actively reattempting)
- Failed (cancelled due to a decline)
- Success
This report will show:
- What happens to an initial subscription throughout the first 6 renewal cycles
Important things to note:
- The data is tied back to the date the subscription started
- One customer could have 2 subscriptions with 2 different Subscribed Dates
Business use cases:
- What percent of subscribers are still active after 6 renewals
- Where does the largest churn happen within the first 6 renewal cycles
- What type of churn is causing renewal problems - failed payments or active cancellations?
