What Questions Does This Report Answer?

The 12, 24 and 36 cycle Retention Reports will give the successful renewal tail spanning 12, 24 or 36 renewal cycles.

This report is used to review retention performance on a high level, for a large dataset quickly.  

 

This report will show:

  • Successful renewal cycles across 12, 24 or 36 renewals

 

What is the Date Operator Used?

  • The data is tied back to the date the initial subscription started
  • One customer could have 2 subscriptions with 2 different Subscribed Dates
  • If using Retention Settings, this will be the date of the Initial Offer

 

What are the Metrics on this Report

This report lives under the Retention Category of Analytics. 

Metric Definition Calculation
Subscriptions The total count of initial recurring Offers  
Success Rx The total count of initial subscriptions successfully reaching this renewal cycle.   
Success Rx% The percent of initial subscriptions successfully reaching this renewal cycle.  Success Rx / Subscriptions
