The 12, 24 and 36 cycle Retention Reports will give the successful renewal tail spanning 12, 24 or 36 renewal cycles.
This report is used to review retention performance on a high level, for a large dataset quickly.
This report will show:
- Successful renewal cycles across 12, 24 or 36 renewals
What is the Date Operator Used?
- The data is tied back to the date the initial subscription started
- One customer could have 2 subscriptions with 2 different Subscribed Dates
- If using Retention Settings, this will be the date of the Initial Offer
