Bulk Updates

To make bulk updates, you will go to the appropriate search area & set your search criteria

• Delete Orders
• Cancel Order Offers
• Reactivate Order Offers

User Permissions needed for Bulk Updates: Full Access

Deleting Orders

To delete orders: 

1. Go to the Order Search Section
2. Set your cohort (use Advanced Settings)
3. Select All or select the Orders that need to be deleted
4. A box will appear to "Edit Orders"
5. Select Delete
6. A validation box will appear, you must type in the Validation Code
7. Hit Submit

Canceling Offers

To Cancel Offers: 

1. Go to the Order Offers Search Section
2. Set your cohort (use Advanced Settings)
3. Select All or select the Orders that need to be cancelled
4. A box will appear to "Edit Orders"
5. Select Cancel
6. A validation box will appear, you must type the Validation Code
7. Hit Submit

To Cancel Offers via API:

POST/order_offer/doCancel

Reactivating Offers

To Reactivate Offers in the UI: 

1. Go to the Order Offers Search Section
2. Set your cohort (use Advanced Settings)
3. Select All or select the Orders that need to be cancelled
4. A box will appear to "Edit Orders"
5. Select Reactivate
6. A validation box will appear, you must type the Validation Code
7. Hit Submit
