There are two shipment reports that are differentiated by the date operator bring used.

What Questions Does This Report Answer?

The Shipping Report will provide insights into the fulfillment of offers from the time the shipment is created to when it's delivered.

  • Ensure shipments are getting delivered in a timely manner
  • Monitor that your shipping partners are being handed to the Shipping Carriers without delay
  • See what common delivery issues are occurring by looking by Tracking Status and contact any customers with delays.

What is the Date Operator Used?

Date Operator:Shipment Scheduled Date

The date in which a shipment is scheduled to post to Fulfillment.

 

What Metrics are on this Report?

 

Metric Definition Calculations
   
Shipments The count of shipments that are scheduled for the date range.  
Items The total count for all unique item SKUs.  
Item Quantity The total quantity for all unique item SKUs.  
Cancellations The total count of all cancelled shipments.  
Cancelled Rate The percentage of shipments that were cancelled before being shipped. Cancelled / Shipments
Fulfilled The count of all shipments that were sent to fulfillment.  
Fulfillment Rate The percentage of shipments that successfully posted to fulfillment. Fulfilled / Shipments
Days to Fulfill The average number of days it took for the scheduled shipment to post to fulfillment. Fulfillment Date - Scheduled Shipment Date
Error The count of all shipments that had an error while attempting to post to fulfillment.  
Pending Tracking The total count of all shipments that were posted to fulfillment, and have pending tracking numbers.  
Pending Tracking Rate The percentage of shipments that were posted to fulfillment, and have pending tracking numbers. Pending Tracking / Fulfilled
Tracking Numbers The count of all shipments that have tracking numbers.  
Tracking Number Rate The percentage of shipments that were posted to fulfillment that have tracking numbers. Tracking Numbers / Fulfilled
Shipped The count of all shipments that were posted to fulfillment that are shipped.  
Shipped Rate The percentage of shipments that were posted to fulfillment that are shipped. Shipped / Fulfilled
Days to Ship The average number of days to ship after the order posted to fulfillment. Shipment Date - Fulfillment Date
Carrier Identified The count for all shipments with tracking numbers that the carrier was identified, and Sublytics is actively tracking delivery status.  
Carrier Identified Rate The percentage of shipments with tracking numbers that the carrier was identified, and Sublytics is actively tracking delivery status. Carrier Identified / Shipped
Carrier Scanned The count for all shipments where the carrier was identified by Sublytics, and the carrier has scanned in the package.  
Carrier Scan Rate The percentage of shipments where the carrier was identified by Sublytics, and the carrier has scanned in the package. Carrier scanned / Carrier Identified
Days To Scan The average number of days between the fulfillment date and the scan date. Carrier Scan - Fulfillment Date
Delivered The count of all shipments where the carrier was identified, and they were successfully delivered.  
Delivered Rate The percentage of shipments where the carrier was identified, and the shipment was successfully delivered. Delivered / Carrier Identified
Days In Transit The average number of days between the ship date and the delivery date. Deliver Date - Ship Date
RMA Issued The count of shipments with a Return Merchandise Authorization code issued.  
RMA Rate The percentage of shipments that were posted to fulfillment that had an RMA code issued. RMA Issued / Fulfilled
Returns The total count of all returns, including those with and without RMA codes issued.  
Return Rate The percentage of shipments that were returned. Returns / Shipped
RMA Returns The count of shipments with a Return Merchandise Authorization code issued that were returned.  
RMA Return Rate The percentage of shipments that had an RMA that were returned. RMA Returns / RMA Issued
Days To Deliver The average number of days to be delivered after the shipment is scheduled, for any shipment where the carrier has been identified. Delivery Date - Shipment Scheduled Date
Customers Number of Customers  
Days to Deliver The average number of days for delivery after the shipment has been scheduled. Delivery Date - Shipment Scheduled Date
Unique Tracking Numbers The count of unique tracking numbers.

What Questions Does This Report Answer?

The Shipping by Shipped Date Report will provide insights into the fulfillment of offers from the time the shipment is marked as shipped within the Fulfillment provider to when its delivered.

Most Fulfillment providers will mark something as shipped as soon as a label is printed. This is information that is passed from the Fulfillment provider to Sublytics (Or the third party data connection provides)

Uses:

  • Ensure shipments are getting delivered in a timely manner 
  • Monitor that your shipping partners are being handed to the Shipping Carriers without delay
  • See what common delivery issues are occurring by looking by Tracking Status and contact any customers with delays.
