What Questions Does This Report Answer?
This report is focused on new sales (initials) only. This will include Recurring (Cycle 1 only) and Non-recurring sales. All subsequent renewal data (Cycle 2+) is not included in the New Sales report.
- Initial approvals across all attempts for an initial sale
- Unique approvals for initial sales
What is the Date Operator Used?
Date Operator: Order Created Date
The date in which the original order was added to the customer's cart. The data is reflective of all activity for the initial cycle of the order through today’s date.
Example: If a successful authorization occurred on 2/1, and that was captured on 2/4. The Capture would tie back to the initial auth from 2/1.
What are the Prerequisites/Limitations with this report?
